Classes & Features


S.T.A.C. Program

Strength Training And Conditioning is our premier group class training program. Our members get a dedicated coach and dedicated class. Your class meets twice a week. Our unlimited members can also take advantage of other CrossFit, Kettlebell, Powerlifting, and Barbell Classes to enhance their results.


Come join our CrossFit community. These classes offer you the flexibility to choose when you want to work out in a high energy class. Purchase tickets to use on a per class basis or monthly CrossFit membership. Membership requires a 30 day cancellation notice.

Note on 5am classes: You must pre-register for this class. If there are no clients enrolled by 8pm the night before an instructor will not be there.


The kettlebell develops functional strength, can correct imbalances, and increase your core strength, all with a quick workout that's strength and conditioning all in one to complement your CrossFit training, while remaining low-impact on joints.


We like to challenge our members. This class will incorporate a combination of skill work and measurable challenges. They will vary each week and will be revisited throughout the year to gauge member progress


You're going to sweat, have fun and get some very serious work done in the hour you're with us. We focus on building aerobic capacity through complex movements and various training protocols. You will learn the proper form and technique with other that have the same goals as you do.

Barbell Club

This class is for the weightlifting only. Our barbell club will focus on teaching the snatch and clean and jerk. We will focus on form as well as getting stronger in each lift. The course will be led by Chris who has his USA Weightlifting Level 1 and Club Coach Certification as well as CrossFit Weightlifting Level 1 and 2 Certs. Chris also competes in USAW meets.

Open Gym

Time when the gym is open to make up a work out that you missed, work on a skill that you want to perfect, or work on some strength.
