  • Chris Romano, CSCS, SSN, CES

    I have experience coaching at all levels of fitness, from elite athletes training for the Olympics, working towards D1 scholarships, and coaching high school football teams and Olympic weightlifters qualifying for National and International meets to clients just wanting to lose weight and be healthier. I also provide fitness programming to clients, helping a few to lose over 100 Lbs. I also run the Employee fitness program for Westminster Schools for the past two years and the Walton High School Olympic Weightlifting program for the football team for the past year.

    I have won 7 Best of Atlanta Awards from Best Self Magazine, Creative Loafing, and Modern Luxury Magazine.

    I hold several coaching certifications, including the NSCA- CSCS, ISSA Master Trainer (which includes the ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Strength & Conditioning, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Specialist in Sports Nutrition, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Specialist in Exercise Therapy), USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach, USA Powerlifting Senior National Coach, NASM Youth Exercise Specialist, and the CrossFit Level 1.

    I have extensive experience managing a team of 9 coaches at my gym, all while programming for and coaching all levels of client/athlete throughout our personal training, group fitness, nutrition, and Olympic weightlifting programs.
  • Christine Argo

    Christine was introduced to kettlebell training by Senior SFG, Delaine Ross at her Atlanta facility, Condition Kettlebell Gym in December of 2009, and fell in love. In a few short months working with Delaine and her team, Christine shed about 20 pounds of fat and later added lean muscle using nothing but kettlebells and proper diet! She is an SFG through Strong First and one of our expert coaches when it comes to the kettlebell. Christine is a project manager with a national construction company and lives in Vinings.

  • Luis Santiago

    Luis coaches our Monday classes and has completed his CrossFit Level 1 Cert.
  • JoJo Harrison

    JoJo Harrison is from Eastman, GA. He has played baseball collegiately at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. He has now moved to the coaching side of baseball at Coastal Stars Baseball Academy for high school baseball teams across GA. Jojo Started doing Crossfit in 2014 and has competed in several local competitions. His favorite thing about Crossfit is the functional movements that help him take on life. Jojo will be taking the L-1 trainers course in August.

  • Michael MacLean

    Mike is a American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and has his Masters Degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire. Before coaching CrossFit, Mike competed as a Division One Track athlete at the University of Rhode Island. Here he entered as a 400-meter specialist and trained up to become a Decathlete. Mike has played a variety of sports including varsity football, basketball, lacrosse, and club Rugby. Mike has turned his need to train for something competitively to Crossfit, as he has competed in several competitions in New England in both individual and team categories. Mike recently moved down to Georgia to attend Life University, and begin their chiropractic program. He enjoys all Boston Sports teams, running, board games, and music.
